Download and install the mobile app via the App Store or Google Play
When the app is downloaded and installed, click on New Registration and you’ll be asked to prepare your personal details and security questions.
When these are completed, you’ll be asked if you want to register via Face ID or with User Details.
Face ID
You’ll be asked to either scan your driving licence or passport, as part of the face recognition process. When this is completed, you’ll then be asked to go through the face scanning process where you’ll be asked to follow a number of onscreen instructions.
Once the face scan has been accepted a One Time Passcode (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number for you to input where and when prompted. You then simply confirm Device Registration via the onscreen button.
You will then be prompted to define your Username, Password and Passcode.
User Details
You’ll be prompted to enter your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth and your Account Number, then a series of security questions.
When successful a One Time Passcode (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number for you to input where and when prompted. You then simply confirm Device Registration via the onscreen button.
You will then be prompted to define your Username, Password and Passcode.
