Open and manage your business accounts with Digital Banking

You need to download and register for Digital Banking before you can open a new business account with us.

Registration is easy, here’s a step-by-step guide: 

  • Download the App: Find the Business Digital Banking app on the App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play (for Android users) and download it.
  • Select Customer Type: Indicate whether you’re a new customer to Al Rayan Bank or if you already have an account with us.
  • Set Marketing Preferences: Choose how, or if, you’d like us to contact you about our products and services. Rest assured, we’ll still contact you about important account-related information. 
  • Confirm Your Identity: You can do this either through an ID scan for which you will need your driving licence or passport,  or by manually entering your personal information.
  • Verify Contact Details: Confirm your phone number and email address. We’ll ask you to verify both of these as this is how we’ll primarily contact you moving forward.
  • Provide Postal Address: Lastly, confirm your postal address.

Minimum operating system

To use our Business Digital Banking app, you'll need to download it from the App Store or Google Play. Your mobile devices must be operating a minimum of version 15 (iOS) and version 11 (Android).
