Digital Banking

To open a new account or make a payment on an existing account, you can do this via Digital Banking.

If you need to update your details, close your account or simply ask us a question, you can also send us a secure message through Digital Banking. We typically respond within five working days.

Register for Digital Banking

Telephone Banking 

You can make a payment to your nominated account, check your balance or recent transactions 24 hours a day through Telephone Banking. All you need is a telephone banking pin or registered mobile number.  Call 0800 408 6407.

If you need to speak with us directly, you can call us from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday on 0800 408 6407. Please note, Monday tends to be our busiest day, so if your call is not urgent, you may prefer to avoid calling on Monday.
